These Terms of Use of the online store www.rondondon.md apply to orders for the purchase of goods/services offered by Neo Bistro SRL, through the website www.rondondon.md.

In order to use the site in good conditions, we recommend that you carefully read the presented Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to modify these provisions without prior notice.

1. General information

This website (www.rondondon.md) is the property of “Neo Bistro” SRL (hereinafter referred to as Rondondon), registered with the Chamber of Registration of the Republic of Moldova on 30.05.2024, state identification number 1024607005870, legal address mun. Chisinau, 16, Al. Pushkin str.

The agreement with Rondondon is considered to be concluded from the moment the user performs one of the following actions:

-Registration on the website www.rondondon.md (hereinafter “Site”);

-Placement of an order with or without authorization on the Site;

-Place an order by phone;

-Filling out forms and sending messages through the Site.

This Agreement is equivalent to a written contract. Conclusion of the User Agreement means that the User has read the terms and conditions of this Agreement and fully and unconditionally agrees with them, including in terms of giving Rondondon's consent to the processing of the User's personal data under the conditions specified in Section 6 of this Agreement, and in terms of giving consent to receive e-mail, sms and other types of mailings of information and advertising content from Rondondon.
This Agreement may be amended by Rondondon without prior notice. The Agreement is available at https://rondondon.md/ru/terms.

2. Copyright and related rights

The content of the website www.rondondon.md belongs to “Neo Bistro” SRL and is protected by the legislation of the Republic of Moldova - Law no. 139 of 02.07.2010, regarding copyright and related rights and may not be used by others in any form, without the written authorization of the owner. The content of the website includes, but is not limited to: images and photos, texts, symbols, web graphics elements, scripts, software and other data.

3. Opportunities to place an order

Orders can be placed in one of the following ways:

-Online, by adding goods to the cart, entering personal data and sending the order to Rondondon.

-By phone to the number: +373 698 61 396 (Chisinau).

4. Methods of payment

The user can choose one of the following payment methods:

-Cash payment, made on delivery;

-Online payment by bank card.

Online payments are made through a secure connection of the commercial bank Moldova Agroindbank S.A (Moldova, Chisinau MD-2005, 127, ul. 31 Augusta 1989).

Online payments are made in Moldovan lei (MDL) according to the bank exchange rate set on the day of transfer.

5. Delivery

Delivery is possible in the city of Chisinau. delivery only in the city of Chisinau.

Delivery cost: 

-60 lei for orders up to 200 lei. 

-40 lei for orders 200-400 lei.

-20 lei for orders 400-600 lei.

-Free of charge for orders over 600 lei.

The delivery period can be extended in certain isolated situations (for example: unfavorable weather conditions, period of public holidays, unforeseen technical problems, etc.). We will notify you if we encounter one of the previously isolated situations.

You can choose any delivery address - home, office or any other address, with no additional charges. We only accept one shipping address for each order. If you need to deliver to different addresses, please register a different order for each address.

Upon receipt of the goods, please check the integrity of the packaging and the presence of the tax receipt in the presence of the courier. Any further claims on these issues will not be accepted.

6. Privacy Policy

-Personal data of the User are processed in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Moldova - Law no. 133 on personal data protection from 08.07.2011.

-When registering at www.rondondon.md, the User provides the following information: name, e-mail address, contact number, delivery address.

-By submitting their personal data when registering an Order, the User agrees to their processing by Rondondon in order for Rondondon to fulfill its obligations to the User under this Agreement, in order to inform Users about its services and promotions via email and SMS.

-Processing of personal data means any action or set of actions performed with or without the use of automation means with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, modification, extraction, use, transfer (including transfer to third parties, not excluding cross-border transfer, if necessary in the course of performance of obligations), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data.

-Rondondon has the right to send information, including advertising messages, to the User's e-mail and/or cell phone with the User's consent. The User has the right to refuse to receive advertising and other information without explaining the reasons for the refusal. Service messages informing the User about the Order and the stages of its processing are sent automatically and cannot be rejected by the User.

-Rondondon has the right to use “cookies” technology. “Cookies” do not contain confidential information and Rondondon has the right to transfer information about ‘cookies’ to Partners, agencies and third parties who have contracts with Rondondon, in order to fulfill their obligations to the User and for the purposes of statistics and optimization of advertising messages.

-The period of personal data processing is not limited. The User may withdraw their consent to the processing of personal data at any time and request the deletion of personal data by sending a request to rondondonuts@gmail.com.

7. Terms and conditions for the return of money and products

-Money can be refunded to the User by the way the payment for the Order was made.

-Refunds to the User shall be made immediately in full or in part if Rondondon is unable to deliver all or part of the goods/services ordered by the User.

-Refund for the Order and its delivery is not made if the User's Order was not delivered through no fault of Rondondon (the User did not open the door or answer the phone to the courier when delivering the Order, or the User indicated a non-existent or incorrect delivery address, etc.). Also, no refund for the Order and its delivery shall be made if the User did not check the completeness and integrity of the Order when receiving it, etc.

-Refunds are made by Rondondon within 1 to 5 business days from the date of receipt of the User's application. The application letter can be sent to the e-mail address rondondonuts@gmail.com and must contain the following information: reason for refund, Order number, documents confirming payment for the Order (cashier's check), bank details and passport data: first and last name, IDNP and photos (if necessary). Refund is made only after the fact of violation is proved. Rondondon is not responsible for possible delays on the part of the bank in making refunds.

-Food products are not subject to return. The products can be replaced only if the received products differ from the products of the Order or do not meet the organoleptic characteristics (taste, odor, appearance). The request for replacement can be sent to rondondonuts@gmail.com, accompanied by photos and cash receipt.
